Playable size vs. overall footprint
This is the single most common point of confusion, and it's worth two minutes before you measure your room.
The size in the product name is the playable area — the recessed play vault where the game actually happens. The overall footprint is larger, because the Omnitrack rails run around the outside edge of the table and add roughly 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) per side.

Which number to measure your room against
Use the overall footprint. Then add clearance for chairs and for people walking behind them. A table that technically fits wall-to-wall is a table nobody can sit at comfortably.
Which number matters for game footprints
Use the playable area. When you're checking whether a specific game's board, player boards, and card rows fit, the recessed vault is the surface you're working with.
Height
Leg heights are Standard 26″ (66 cm), Coffee 14″ (35.5 cm), and Counter 32″ (81 cm). Choose based on the seating you already own or plan to buy — the standard height pairs with typical dining chairs, coffee height with lounge seating, and counter height with stools.
