My table wobbles or feels uneven
This is nearly always an assembly issue rather than a fault, and it comes down to hardware that isn't fully tightened. Work through the checks below before anything else — most wobble resolves here.
Check every bolt in the legs
Go around all of them, not just the ones you can see from underneath.
The one people miss is the bolt that runs down through the top of the table surface into the leg. It's easy to overlook because it's on the playing side rather than underneath with the others, and a leg that's snug on its under-table bolts can still move if that top bolt is loose. Check it on every leg.
Then confirm the two bolts securing each leg from underneath are tight as well. All of them, every leg.
Check the bolts joining the sections
On a table with multiple sections, the three bolts joining them need to be fully tightened. Sections that aren't pulled tight against each other let the whole table flex, which reads as a wobble even when every leg is solid.

Retighten after a week
Hardware settles under load. A pass around every bolt after the table has been in use for a week takes a couple of minutes and catches a fair number of small wobbles. Worth repeating periodically regardless.
Rule out the floor
Quick to check and easy to miss: try the table in a different spot, or slide a shim under one leg. An uneven floor produces exactly the same rock as a table problem, and older houses and floating floors are common culprits.
If it still moves
If every bolt is tight — including the top-down leg bolts — the sections are pulled together, and it isn't the floor, submit a claim at zolamod.com/pages/claims-form.
Include your table size and leg height, and a short video showing the movement if you can. A video is worth several paragraphs of description here, because how it moves tells us more than that it moves.
Don't overtighten
If tightening to snug hasn't fixed it, more force won't. Overtightening can strip an insert, which is a much bigger repair than whatever you're chasing.
