Something is defective or not fitting right
Let's get it sorted. Send a photo through our contact page with your order number and a short description of what's off, and our team will follow up with the fix — a replacement part, corrected hardware, or guidance on the assembly step.
What to include
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue — a wide shot plus a close-up if you can
- A short description in plain language
Photos let us get you the right solution the first time rather than trading messages while your table sits half-assembled.
Things worth telling us about
- A magnet or panel that isn't sitting flush
- A leg that doesn't seat, or hardware that won't line up
- A table that rocks or feels uneven once assembled
- A finish that looks wrong to you
None of these are things you should live with. Reach out.
Before you get in touch — two quick checks
If you're mid-assembly, it's worth confirming the step. Components are precision-fit, and pieces sometimes need to go together in a specific order. See Where are my assembly instructions? — and if you're stuck on a specific step, tell us which one and we'll walk you through it.
If it's the Cerused Oak finish you're looking at, the visible open grain and lighter lines are intentional — that texture is part of the finish rather than a flaw. See Caring for your Zola finish. If it still looks wrong to you after reading that, send a photo and we'll take a look.
Which path is this?
- Arrived damaged from freight → My order arrived damaged
- A part is missing or broken in the box → Missing or broken replacement parts
- Failed in normal use, inside its coverage period → Zola warranty coverage
If you're not sure, reach out anyway. Sorting the paperwork is our job.
