Missing or broken replacement parts
We'll take care of it. Send us a quick photo, your order number, and a note on which part it is through our contact page, and we'll get the correct replacement out to you.
We stock Pangea parts individually
You don't have to replace a whole assembly to fix one piece. There's a full catalog of individual Pangea parts, covering:
- Frames — 42.5″, 54.5″, 66.5″, and 78.5″
- Frame corners
- Base panels — centers and ends, in each finish
- Table topper pieces — 36×12 center, 36×9.25 side groove, 36×9.25 side tongue, 48×12 center, 48×9.25 side groove, and 48×9.25 side tongue, in each finish
All of it comes in both Cerused Oak and Dark Walnut.
The vocabulary, if you want to name the piece
Topper sets are built from three kinds of panel, and the names are how the warehouse picks them:
- Side tongue piece — the tongue-edge side panel
- Side groove piece and end groove piece — the groove-edge panels
- Centers — the interior panels. All centers are interchangeable, so any center replaces any other
You don't need to work this out yourself. Tell us your model, size, and finish and we'll identify the piece.
Why we ask for a photo
Photos let us match the exact piece and finish the first time. A card holder is a card holder, but a panel, a leg, or a piece of hardware needs to match your specific model, size, and finish — and a photo settles that in seconds where a written description can take three rounds of back-and-forth.
What to send
- Your order number
- A photo of the part (or of where the part should be, if it never arrived)
- A short note on which part it is, plus your model, size, and finish
Send it all through our contact page.
Parts are handled by our team, not chat
Replacement parts always go through the contact page rather than chat. That's deliberate: we need the photo and the order attached to the request so the right piece ships, and it keeps the whole thread together if there's a follow-up.
Before you get in touch — check the hardware bag
Assembly hardware for the larger tables is sometimes packed in with the legs or the frame hardware rather than loose in the main box. Worth a look before you conclude something is missing: Where is the assembly hardware?.
If the part arrived damaged rather than missing
Same channel, same information — but add close-up shots of the damaged area, a photo of the shipping label, and, if possible, the boxes and packaging. See My order arrived damaged.
