Wholesale and volume pricing

Retailers who want to stock Zola apply through the Retail Partners form. Cafés, venues, and anyone buying multiple tables for their own space go through the contact page, and our B2B contact replies within one business day.

Two different paths here, depending on what you're doing.

If you want to sell Zola tables in your store

Apply through our Retail Partners form. That's the right door for any retailer, game store, or reseller who wants to carry the line — fill it in and our team reviews it and follows up directly.

We don't publish dealer pricing, minimum order quantities, or wholesale lead times. Those get covered properly in the conversation after you apply, against your actual store and volume, rather than as numbers on a page that would be wrong for half the people reading them.

Already a customer wondering where to find a dealer near you? That's the Dealer Locator — see Seeing a table in person.

If you're buying tables for your own space

A café, a store's play area, a venue, a school, a rental operation. For volume pricing and lead times on multiple tables, reach out through our contact page and we'll connect you with our B2B contact — they come back within one business day with options.

What to include in your message

The more of this you can give us upfront, the more useful the first reply will be:

  • Models and sizes you have in mind — or a description of the space if you'd rather we recommend
  • Quantity
  • Timeline — when you need them in the room, and whether that's a hard date
  • Your location — freight on multiple tables is a real line item and we'd rather scope it honestly
  • How the tables will be used — daily café play, event rental, retail demo, classroom

Why we don't quote volume pricing in chat

A multi-table install has too many variables to answer well in a chat window — configuration, finishes, which components hold up to heavy daily use, freight consolidation, delivery scheduling to a commercial address, and ongoing parts support. Our B2B contact handles all of that in one conversation rather than in fragments.

What we'll talk through

  • The right configuration for your space and traffic
  • Which finishes and components hold up best to heavy daily play
  • Lead times against your opening or event date
  • Freight and delivery to a commercial address
  • Ongoing parts support — what happens when a piece needs replacing two years in

One thing to know upfront

Commercial use is covered — one year across frame, rails, hardware, and lift systems, with free replacement fasteners any time. It used to be excluded entirely, so if you were told otherwise before, that's out of date. Wear to play surfaces and toppers remains outside coverage in any setting, which in a busy room means treating those as consumables. See Tables for a game café, venue, or rental.
