Tables for a game café, venue, or rental
If you're putting Zola tables into a café, a store, an event venue, a library, or a classroom — talk to us first. Get in touch through our contact page with what you're planning and our B2B contact will scope it with you.
Start here, not at the checkout page
A commercial install is a different problem from a home purchase, and it's worth ten minutes with our team before you order. Tell us:
- How many tables and which sizes
- The space — dimensions, layout, how the room flows
- How hard they'll get used — daily open-play hours, event turnover, hourly rentals
Our B2B contact will come back within one business day and walk you through:
- The right configuration for the room and the traffic
- Which finishes and components hold up best to heavy daily play
- What ongoing parts support looks like for a commercial install — which is the part most people don't think about until year two, and the part that matters most
- Volume pricing and lead times
Commercial use is covered
One year across frame, legs, welds, joinery, load-bearing hardware, rails, accessory hardware, and both crank and electric lift systems. Hardware and fasteners are free any time, in a commercial space exactly as at home.
Worth stating plainly, because it used to be the opposite: commercial use no longer voids the warranty. If you were quoted or told otherwise before, the current terms are what apply — see Zola warranty coverage for the full component table.
What counts as commercial is use within your trade, business, craft, or profession, or in any space open to the public or to members. Cafés, bars, restaurants, game and hobby stores, libraries, schools, event and convention venues, clubs, coworking and common areas.
The shorter commercial period isn't a technicality. A table doing forty hours a week of open play has a genuinely different wear profile from the same table doing one game night a week, and a single number across both would be dishonest in one direction or the other.
What's still on you
Two things a commercial buyer should plan around rather than discover:
- Wear to the play surface, toppers, foam, and finish isn't covered in any setting. In a busy room those are consumables — they wear, and replacements are purchasable. Budget for them the way you'd budget for anything else in a high-traffic space. A defect in those same parts is covered.
- Sanitising products matter. Damage from cleaning agents or disinfectants outside our care guide isn't covered, and a room getting wiped down several times a day is much harder on a finish than a home. Ask us before you standardise on a product. See Caring for your Zola finish.
