Buying a Zola table as a giftYou can ship to someone else's address, but freight needs an adult 18+ there to receive it — so a surprise delivery is hard to keep secret.Changing or cancelling your orderAddress, size, finish, added items, and cancellations can usually change before your order ships — reach out through our contact page with your order number as soon as you can.Do you ship internationally?Not yet — everything ships within the US for now, tables and accessories alike, and we're aiming to open up international shipping in late 2026.Freight delivery and schedulingTables ship LTL freight (usually ABF) curbside with liftgate included, and the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment — plan to be there, and inspect the shipment before you sign.How long does my Zola table take to ship?It depends on whether that item is in stock or on pre-order — the estimated ship date is listed right on the product's own page, and once it ships it's 7-10 business days in transit plus a call from the freight carrier to schedule.How many boxes arrive, and what they weighAbout three cartons per table, 133–242 lbs total depending on size, with the longest carton running 47" to 83".How much does shipping cost?Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in the cart — tables move as oversize freight, so the cost reflects a truck delivery rather than a parcel rate.How pre-orders workMost tables are pre-order. You pay at checkout, and the ship date on that product's page is the number we keep current.If your shipment goes missingContact us straight away rather than waiting — freight tracing works best early, and a person handles this, not an automated reply.Receiving your freight deliveryCurbside with liftgate, on a scheduled appointment, adult 18+ present — inspect everything before you sign, because signing clean makes a damage claim much harder.Returns and refundsMost items can be returned within 30 days of delivery via our contact page; once inspected and approved, refunds go to your original payment method in about 10 business days.When you get chargedPayment is taken when you place the order, including pre-orders — there's no separate charge when it ships.Where is my order, and tracking your deliveryReach out through our contact page with your order number to check status; freight tracking moves in fewer, larger steps than parcel, so a quiet day or two is normal.Where we shipTables ship freight to the continental US and Alaska. Parcel items also reach Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. No international shipping yet.
