What to expect after you place your order

Order confirmation, then processing (timing depends on the ship date shown on the product page), then 7-10 business days in transit, then a call from the freight carrier to schedule your delivery appointment.

Buying a gaming table isn't like buying a board game — it moves on a freight truck and has real timelines attached. Here's the whole path, start to finish, so you know what's normal at every stage.

1. Order confirmation — immediately

You'll get a confirmation email right away with your order number. Keep that number handy: it's the fastest way for us to look anything up, and it's what we ask for on replacement parts, returns, and warranty claims.

2. Processing — timing depends on stock status

This is the stage where timing varies, so it's worth understanding.

  • Pre-order items (most tables right now): the estimated ship date is listed on that product's own page, and we keep it current as inventory lands. That date is the one to go by.
  • In stock, normal conditions: about one week to process.
  • In stock, right after a restock: closer to three weeks while we work through the backorder queue in order.

3. Shipping confirmation and tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Tables ship LTL freight (typically ABF); accessories ship parcel.

4. Transit — 7 to 10 business days

Standard transit time once it's on the truck.

5. The carrier calls to schedule

For freight shipments, the carrier contacts you directly to set a delivery appointment, so you'll know your window ahead of time. Plan to have someone there to receive and sign, and arrange help to move the boxes inside — freight delivery is generally to the curb or driveway.

6. Delivery day — the two-minute inspection

Before you sign, look over the packaging. If there's visible damage to the boxes or pallet, note it on the delivery paperwork even if you accept the shipment — that's what preserves a carrier claim. Refuse outright only if it's severely damaged.

7. Unboxing and assembly

Most shipping damage turns up at unboxing rather than at the curb, and that's completely normal and fully handled — send clear photos of the damaged area, including close-up shots, the shipping label, and, if possible, the boxes and packaging, along with your order number, through our contact page and we'll ship a replacement.
