Where is my order, and tracking your delivery
Happy to check anytime — reach out through our contact page with your order number and the email address on the order and we'll tell you exactly where it stands. Below is the full path an order takes, what's normal at each stage, and how freight tracking differs from a parcel's.
The path from order to delivery
- Order confirmation — immediately. You get a confirmation email with your order number right away. Keep it handy — it's what we ask for on replacement parts, returns, and warranty claims.
- Processing — timing depends on stock status.
- Pre-order items (most tables right now): the estimated ship date is listed on that product's own page, and we keep it current as inventory lands. Go by that date.
- In stock, normal conditions: about 1 week to process.
- In stock, right after a restock: closer to 3 weeks, while we work through the backorder queue in order.
- Shipping confirmation and tracking. Tables ship LTL freight (typically ABF); accessories ship parcel. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
- Transit — 7 to 10 business days, standard once it's on the truck.
- The carrier calls to schedule. For freight, the carrier contacts you directly to set a delivery appointment, so you know your window ahead of time. Plan to have someone there to receive and sign, and arrange help to move the boxes inside — freight delivery is generally to the curb or driveway.
- Delivery day — the two-minute inspection. Before you sign, look over the packaging. Note any visible damage to the boxes or pallet on the delivery paperwork even if you accept the shipment — that's what preserves a carrier claim. Refuse outright only if it's severely damaged.
- Unboxing and assembly. Most shipping damage actually turns up here, not at the curb, and it's completely normal and fully handled: send clear photos of the damaged area (including close-up shots), the shipping label, and the boxes/packaging if possible, along with your order number, through our contact page and we'll ship a replacement. Need the assembly instructions or can't locate the hardware? See Where are my assembly instructions? and Where is the assembly hardware?.
What "on track" looks like
| Stage | What you should have | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Order placed | Confirmation email with order number | Immediate |
| Processing | Nothing new yet — this is the quiet stretch | Product page date, or ~1 week in stock (~3 weeks right after a restock) |
| Shipped | Shipping confirmation + tracking | — |
| In transit | Tracking updates | 7-10 business days |
| Scheduling | A call or email from the freight carrier | Before delivery |
Why freight tracking looks stalled (and usually isn't)
A parcel scans at every depot, so you see steady movement. Freight moves in fewer, larger steps — picked up, arrived at terminal, out for delivery — and a pallet can sit legitimately at a terminal overnight or over a weekend with no new scan.
A day without an update is normal. Two days across a weekend is normal. It doesn't mean anything is lost. Your PRO number is the freight equivalent of a tracking number, and it can lag the physical shipment by up to a day — the pallet often moves before the scan catches up.
Accessories track normally — cup holders, trays, mats, and organizers ship parcel with regular scans, so several days of silence on one of those is more meaningful than the same silence on a freight table.
If the carrier hasn't reached out
For a table, the carrier (typically ABF) contacts you directly to book the delivery appointment — check your voicemail, spam folder, and texts, since that call sometimes comes from an unfamiliar number. If tracking shows the shipment at a terminal near you and nobody has called within a couple of business days, that's worth flagging — see Freight delivery and scheduling.
If it really has stalled
If several business days pass with no movement, the date on the product page has passed, a promised delivery window comes and goes with no call, or tracking says delivered and it isn't there — don't wait it out. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll trace it with the carrier directly. Tracing works better the earlier it starts — we'd rather know on day two than day ten.
