Is it in stock, and when do you restock?
Stock moves quickly during our busy season, and it moves per model, size, and finish — so the honest answer for your exact item lives on that item's own product page.
Check the product page first
A lot of our tables are on pre-order right now. That doesn't mean you have to wait for a restock to order: you can place the order today, and the estimated ship date is shown right on that product's page. We keep that date current as inventory arrives, which makes it the most accurate source there is — more accurate than any article, chat reply, or automated message quoting a general timeframe.
So the sequence is:
- Open the page for the exact model, size, finish, and leg height you want.
- Look for the estimated ship date on the listing.
- Order against that date if it works for you.
If no date is shown
Reach out through our contact page with the exact item you're after and we'll get you a straight answer on the current ETA. A person will look at the actual schedule for that item rather than giving you a generic window.
Why we won't name a month here
Inventory arrival dates shift for real reasons — production, freight, customs. If we printed a month in this article it would eventually be wrong, and you'd be left choosing between two answers that disagree. Keeping one date, on the product page, maintained by the team, is how we avoid that.
What happens right after a restock
When new inventory lands, we work through the backorder queue in order first. That means processing runs closer to three weeks for a stretch before returning to the usual one-week norm. Orders already in the queue are filled first — so ordering during pre-order puts you ahead of someone who waits for the "in stock" badge.
