Assembly
Putting it together, and taking it apart again.
Tuning your Pangea after assemblyPangea rails are modular, so they often need a short alignment pass out of the box — tighten the section bolts snug, flip the table, align the rails, then fully tighten. How long assembly takes and what you needCustomer-assembled, and much easier with a second person — mainly for flipping the table upright once the legs are on.Where are my assembly instructions?Reach out through our contact page at zolamod.com/pages/contact-us with your order number and we'll send the assembly instructions for your exact model — and if you're mid-assembly and stuck on a step, tell us which one.Where is the assembly hardware? The assembly hardware ships with the table, and on larger tables it can be tucked in with the legs or frame hardware rather than loose in the main box — if you can't find it, send a photo and your order number through our contact page at zolamod.com/pages/contact-us.
Specs & dimensions
Measurements, weights and clearances.
Pangea size and dimensions guidePangea comes in 3x3, 3x5, and 4x6 playable sizes with Standard 26-inch, Coffee 14-inch, or Counter 32-inch legs in Dark Walnut or Cerused Oak — and the overall footprint runs about 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) larger per side than the playable area.Playable size vs. overall footprintThe size in the product name is the playable area (the recessed vault) — the overall footprint is about 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) larger per side because of the Omnitrack rails, so a 4x6 measures roughly 54.5 x 78.5 inches (138 x 199 cm) overall. What Zola tables are made ofCommercial-grade, high-density engineered wood with a real-wood finish in Dark Walnut or Cerused Oak — solid and heavy, which is also why the tables ship by freight.

Connecting two Pangea tablesRails lift off any edge, so two Pangeas join into one surface — two 3×5s make a 3×10.5 or a 6.5×5.Which accessories fit my tableRail accessories clip to the Omnitrack rail and fit both the Pangea and Tavern; toppers, panels, and play mats are made per table size and are not interchangeable.Where do the toppers go?They have to live somewhere when the vault is open — the padded Storage Cube is the purpose-built answer, and the XL also takes leaves and dividers. Will this topper or accessory fit my table?Toppers, panels, and play mats are made per table size (3x3, 3x5, 4x6) and are not interchangeable — but cup holders, Flex trays, and Flex inserts snap into the Omnitrack rail and work across the table line.
Care & maintenance
Cleaning, finish care and storage.
Using your table for diningYes — that's what the Table Topper Set is for. Use trivets under hot dishes; the surface is coated against spills but not against direct heat.Caring for your Zola finishSoft dry or barely damp cloth, mild dish soap and water when it needs more, nothing stronger — and the visible grain and lighter lines in Cerused Oak are intentional, not a defect.Protecting your table surfaceThe play mat takes the wear, cup holders keep drinks off the surface entirely, and lifting rather than dragging avoids most of the rest.
Troubleshooting
When something is not right.
Why my play mat doesn't fitThe mat is meant to be a snug fit. If it reads as too long, adjust the rails to give the vault a little more room, then massage the slack out — never trim it.My table wobbles or feels unevenAlmost always hardware that isn't fully tightened — and the one people miss is the bolt that runs down through the table surface into the leg.My assembly hardware never arrivedCheck the leg and frame cartons first — hardware ships packed with them, not loose. If it genuinely isn't there, we send a replacement set free, no return.
Warranty & claims
What is covered, and how to file.
Zola warranty coverageTwo years on structure, rails, and lift systems in a home; one year in a commercial space, which is now covered rather than excluded. Hardware and fasteners are free any time. File with photos through the Warranty Claim Form and we respond within 3-5 business days.My order arrived damaged — what do I do?If the driver is still there, note the damage on the delivery paperwork before signing (and refuse only if it's severe) — if you've already opened the boxes, share clear photos of the damaged area, including the shipping label, plus your order number through our contact page at https://zolamod.com/pages/contact-us for a replacement.Shipping damage vs. warranty claimDamage that happened in transit isn't a warranty claim — report it within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage, the carton, and the shipping label, plus your order number, through our contact page at https://zolamod.com/pages/contact-us. It's the faster route for you anyway.Something is defective or not fitting rightSend a photo and your order number through our contact page at https://zolamod.com/pages/contact-us with a short description of what's off — a magnet or panel not sitting flush, a leg or hardware issue, a finish concern — and our team will follow up with the fix.Wear versus a defectA defect was there when the table reached you. Wear is what use adds. If you're unsure, send a photo — that settles it faster than a description.
